Once you register, you will receive a weekly workshop that you can work on at your own pace and keep forever. We can schedule a time to review and integrate your experience upon completion. Each workshop focuses on key areas of self-discovery, blending spiritual practices and psychological insights for holistic well-being. Beginning workshops on the new or full moon are recommended to align with natural rhythms and enhance your intentions. However, there’s no wrong time to start; follow your heart and trust your instincts. Your unique journey is yours to honor and embrace.
New Moon: A time for new beginnings, intention setting, and planting seeds for personal growth. Workshops starting on the new moon are perfect for new projects or transformations.
Full Moon: A time for reflection, release, and celebration. Workshops starting on the full moon help focus on closure, healing, and creating space.
