Originally from Brooklyn, NY​,​ I have overcome many challenges, emerging with a profound understanding of resilience and purpose. From a young age, I had a knack for experiencing what some might call peculiar coincidences—like a sixth sense for knowing, feeling, and intuiting things. It was as if my inner compass was always a step ahead, though I didn’t quite know where it was leading me.

Fast forward to my 20+ years as a music industry executive, where I ​somehow convinced the world I was a musical genius without knowing a single chord. I created marketing campaigns for A-list artists, spinning stories like I’d been in the studio myself​. ​ Little did I know that storytelling muscle was preparing me for something bigger.

Four years ago, when I started my spiritual journey, my ​mentors hit me with a curveball: “You need to be in the spirit world.” Confused, I asked, “Umm… the spirit world is huge. Care to narrow that down?” Their response? “You’ll know.” Mysterious much?

Turns out, they were right. Life eventually handed me the missing puzzle piece, and now, here I am using music and sound—not for marketing, but for healing. This ability to connect emotionally has become my soul's purpose. Today, I channel the gifts of sound and energy into helping others heal spiritually. Guided by my connection to a higher purpose, I use my psychic abilities and intuitive insights to create transformative experiences, empowering individuals to reconnect with their spirituality and align with their true selves. My crystal bowls have become one of my greatest joys, allowing me to connect deeply, one soul at a time. ​I​t's funny how life works​.  I am a musician, after all!

SANCHEZ SANCTUARY

In 2022, I launched Sanchez Sanctuary with the mission of assisting Black and Brown individuals to heal from generational trauma. Through spiritual modalities such as Reiki, sound therapy, chakra balancing, breathing techniques, yoga, and plant medicine, I’ve provided healing and a renewed sense of purpose to hundreds of people across the United States and Mexico. My healing sessions are offered through retreats, one-on-one, group, corporate, and virtually.  I am a certified Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, Energy Alignment Specialist, and a PhD candidate in Psychology with a concentration in Ancestral Healing.

In 2006, I turned my passion for beautiful aesthetics into a paid hobby.  I launched an interior decorating company serving my colleagues and entertainment network by combining my project management skills with my innate sense of style to create functional, stylish spaces. My continuing education at Parsons School of Design in NYC further refined my eye for design, allowing me to take on creative projects that bring beauty and balance to clients’ homes and commercial spaces. Today, I continue to offer interior decorating services, but now with a deeper sense of purpose. 

I combine spirituality with design to create functional spaces that foster peace, healing, and alignment with the soul that nourishes both the body and spirit.   Every facet of my life, from career to my creative and spiritual pursuits, is driven by my commitment to transformation—whether through successful marketing campaigns, beautiful design, or healing the spirit.
